In the hope of bringing unfortunate children closer to their seemingly impossible pursuits of performing art careers, guiding them through the first steps of this tenuous path, and releasing their captive potentials, Ha Phuong Foundation makes the usually exuberant vocal trainings, dance and acting lessons available for everyone by contributing well-trained teaching crews and required musical instruments.
